Bernice is a Singapore-qualified lawyer who specialises in advising companies in the technology sector on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters. She enjoys working closely with clients to provide strategies and advice tailored to suit each client’s needs at every stage of growth.

Bernice’s experience includes advising on domestic and cross-border fund-raising and M&A transactions, crafting corporate and structuring strategies, financial regulatory compliance, general corporate advisory work, as well as day-to-day commercial, intellectual property and employment law matters. She also has experience engaging with regulators in Singapore, and has led a number of multijurisdictional projects involving financial regulatory compliance and data protection matters.
