CHICAGO – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it has advised D&H United, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners and a leading provider of mission-critical maintenance, testing and inspection services for fueling stations and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, with financing the acquisition of Tanknology, Inc. Tanknology is the global leader in environmental compliance testing, inspection and fuel quality solutions.

Reed Smith assisted with expanding the current senior and mezzanine credit facilities in order to provide adequate financing for the acquisition of Tanknology as well as general working capital purposes.

Wind Point Partners is a private equity firm focused on growth capital investments and leveraged buyouts in middle-market companies.
