PARIS - The Paris office of global law firm Reed Smith has advised La Française Real Estate Managers (La Française REM) on the off-market acquisition of a 50,545 m2 warehouse near Lyon.
The acquisition was made from a fund managed by Harbert Management Corporation on behalf of ERAFP (L’Établissement de retraite additionnelle de la fonction publique).
For this transaction, the Reed Smith Paris real estate team used its experience and in-depth knowledge of the logistics sector to advise La Française REM, which it regularly assists on a variety of issues.
